This program offers you a customised meal plan with a strong accountability element.
Frequent appointments with Sinead will help motivate you to make changes and stick to your plan. You will meet with Sinead weekly for the first six weeks, and then fortnightly for the remaining six weeks.
Frequent follow-ups provide accountability and motivation as you watch your progress and learn sustainable weight management strategies.
Program Includes: Total of 7 appointments scheduled over 12 weeks
(Two 45-minute appointments plus five 20-minute follow-up appointments)
- Initial 45-minute assessment to review goals, medical history, current food intake, portion sizes, food preferences, restaurants frequented, supplement use, exercise habits.
- Based on your assessment, Sinead then prepares A Personalised Meal Plan and Recommendations Report which she designs to help you achieve a weight loss of 1 to 3 pounds per week, in addition to other goals you have (e.g. cholesterol lowering, energy management, etc.)
- A second 45-minute appointment during which Sinead presents your weight loss plan and nutrition recommendations. Quick nutritious meal and snack ideas, recipes, lifestyle recommendations.
- Seven 15-minute follow-up visits booked weekly for the first half of the program and the once every two weeks afterwards. During your follow-ups, Sinead will review your food diary, discuss ways to overcome obstacles/challenges, measure your weight and set goals for the following week. You’ll learn about reading nutrition labels, navigating restaurant menus, increasing fibre, supplementation, and other topics related to your goals.
If you prefer to come weekly for the duration of the program, or if want to extend your program past three months, you can add extra follow up appointments.
