  • Detailed handout containing course content and recommendations and advice for next session.

Session Two 
  • Assess progress of attendees. 
  • Address Challenges faced 
  • Suggestions and Recommendations to optimise success of workshop and advice given.
  • Maximum per session 20 people.
  • Initial workshop 2 hours, second workshop 6 weeks later 1.5 hours.
